I’m John Wanis.
I am a home owner and investor myself. I regularly put myself in my clients shoes, and make recommendations that are not only based on my knowledge of lenders products, but also from experience. Having over the years attended many property seminars, conferences, read magazines/journals, bought/sold property, pulled out equity from existing houses and continued to build my own portfolio – I have learned that what helped me along the way was having solid finance, the right loan features and support from people who “knew what they were doing”.
Whilst learning is part of the adventure, I have come to realise that I am able to help others succeed by sharing the knowledge! This experience has helped me provide a value added service to my clients which leverages experience not just product guidance.
When you would call us
When you are about to buy, refinance or invest. If you have already signed the contract of sale and don’t have finance – its certainly not too late, but you need to act a lot quicker so we can help get approval asap.
